"Wow! From the moment you walk in, everyone caters to your every need. The receptionist was super sweet and immediately offers you tea, coffee, juice, water, etc to drink and hands you a first-time survey to learn about your opinion of glow, the services you use and why or why not, the services you would like to see, and the products you'd like them to sell. They really CARE about their clients' wishes. The salon feels welcoming to all. There are stylists from all over the Caribbean (Haiti, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guyana) and Spanish, English, French, and Kreyol are spoken here. Peggy was very warm and welcoming. She had a warm, sincere smile and always paid attention to details--asked how I felt (whether it was to check if I needed water, to see if my scalp was itchy or burning, or to be sure the pin was not burning my ear for my roller wrap), and I noticed her paying close attention to my facial expressions and responding immediately to any concerns. She did a great job on the styling end of things after the relaxer. I was very pleased with the end result! My hair was soft, shiny, and smooth. Most importantly SMOOTH!"

"I found your salon on the Internet and became a walk in to get lash extensions done. I am not from Miami and wanted to get my lashes done before a cruise. From the moment I walked in until the time I left I was given GREAT service. The girl that applied my lashes was very professional and took her time to make sure that every single lash was applied with care. I have had lash extensions done before in different cities, but this has been the most natural and beautiful set I've had put on. Your salon is also a very welcoming and comfortable setting. Thank you for such great service."
